Abstract ] Objective Toinvestigatetheeffectofmentalrehabilitationtrainingonthelife
qualityandsatisfactionofinpatients withschizophrenia.Methods Eighty-oneschizophrenia
patientswererandomlydividedintostudygroup ( 41cases ) andcontrolgroup ( 40cases ) .The
studygroupweretreatedwithdrugscombined withrehabilitationtraining , whilethecontrol
groupweretreatedwithdrugsandbasicworkandrecreationaltherapy.Theresearchlastedfor
oneyearandtheassessmentoflifequalityandsatisfactionscalewerecarriedouteachquarterby
usingthe World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF ( WHOQOL-BREF ) and Life
SatisfactionIndex B ( LSIB ) .Results Withtherehabilitationtrainingtimeextended , the
WHOQOL-BREFandLSIBscoresinthestudygroupandinthecontrolgroupshowedagradual
increasingtrend.Theamplitudeofthestudygroupwashigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup.
Thereweresignificantdifferencesintheinteractionofthetwogroupsatdifferenttimepointsand
betweengroups ( P <0.01 ) .Conclusion Mentalrehabilitationtraininghasasignificanteffecton
improvingthequalityoflifeandlifesatisfactionofpatientswithschizophrenia.
