氯沙坦钾联合辛伐他汀对糖尿病腹膜透析患者氧化应激指标及同型半胱氨酸的影响

Effect of losartan potassium combined with simvastatin on oxidative stress and homocysteine in diabetic patients with peritoneal dialysis

摘要: [摘要] 目的 观察氯沙坦钾联合辛伐他汀治疗对糖尿病肾病腹膜透析患者氧化应激指标及同型半胱氨酸
( homocysteine , Hcy )的影响。方法 收集 2 型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病终末期进入持续不卧床腹膜透析的患者 80 例,随
机分为 2 组。对照组 40 例行腹膜透析常规治疗;治疗组 40 例在对照组基础上给予氯沙坦钾 50mg ,每日 1 次,辛
伐他汀 20mg ,每晚 1 次。 12 周后对比 2 组治疗前后超氧化物歧化酶( superoxidedismutase , SOD )、谷胱甘肽过氧
化物酶(
glutathioneperoxidase , GSH-PX )、丙二醛( malondialdehyde , MDA )、
Hcy 等变化。结果 治疗组透析后
Hcy
和 MDA 均较透析前明显降低, SOD 和 GSH-PX 均较透析前明显升高( P <0.05 );对照组透析后 Hcy 和 MDA 均
较透析前明显升高, GSH-PX 较透析前明显降低(
P <0.05 ), SOD 透析前后差异不大。透析后治疗组 Hcy 和
MDA 均低于对照组, SOD 和 GSH-PX 均高于对照组( P <0.01 )。结论 氯沙坦钾联合辛伐他汀对糖尿病腹膜透析
患者氧化应激指标及 Hcy 的改善疗效确切。

Abstract ] Objective Toobservetheeffectsoflosartanpotassiumandsimvastatintreatment

peritonealdialysis.Methods Eightytype2diabetesmellitus , diabeticnephropathyendstageinto
thecontinuousambulatoryperitonealdialysiswererandomlydividedinto2groups.Incontrol
group , 40casesweretreatedwithperitonealdialysis.Fortycasesinthetreatmentgroupwere
givenlosartanpotassium50mg , 1timesaday , simvastatin20mg , 1timesanight.After12
weeks , the changes ofsuperoxide dismutase ( SOD ), glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-PX ),
malondialdehyde ( MDA ) and Hcy werecomparedinthe2groupsbeforeandaftertreatment.
Results Afterdialysis , HcyandMDAintreatmentgroupweresignificantlylowerthanbefore
dialysis ( P <0.05 ) .SODandGSH-PXweresignificantlyhigherthanbeforedialysis ( P <0.05 ) .

Conclusion EffectoflosartanpotassiumcombinedsimvastatinonoxidativestressindexandHcy indiabeticpatientswithperitonealdialysiswasreliable.
