半翼基因蛋白在实验鼠卵细胞联会复合体中的表达位置

摘要: 目的:探讨半翼基因( wings apart-like,Wapl )蛋白在实验鼠粗线期的卵细胞中联会复合体(synaptonemal complex,SC)的表达位置。方法从受孕18.5d胎鼠的卵巢中分离出处于粗线期的卵细胞,然后用抗-联合复合体蛋白2(anti-synaptonemal complex protein 2,SYCP2)和抗-Wapl蛋白进行双免疫染色。结果 SYCP2和Wapl在所检查粗线期的卵细胞位置重叠。结论 Wapl可能是粗线期卵细胞SC的一部分。

Abstract: Objective In order to analyze the correlation of the wings apart-like( Wapl ) protein and the synaptonemal complex( SC)of pachytene oocytes. Methods The pachytene oocytes were isolated from foetal mice ovaries at 18 . 5 d and double immunostained with anti-synaptonemal complex protein2( SYCP2 )and anti-Wapl. Results In the pachytene oocytes examined,mouse Wapl was colocalized with SYCP2 on the SC. Conclusion Wapl may be a part of pachytene oocyte SC.
